1. Regenerative windmill overload
Overload of regenerative windmill appears above the touch screen
After checking the regeneration filter, the air inlet and the wind turbine, check the regeneration fan contactor to see if the fan is damaged
2. Dry windmill overload
Dry windmill overload appears above the touch screen
Check the dehumidification filter, the suction and dehumidification air outlet and return air pipeline, or the dehumidification windmill
3. The electric heating temperature is too high
Regeneration temperature is too high
The electric heating temperature is too high above the touch screen
Regeneration temperature is too high
Switch the main switch to "OFF" for three minutes and then switch to "ON"
4. The regeneration temperature is too high
The regeneration temperature is too high above the touch screen
Check whether the regeneration filter is blocked, check the EGO adjustment position, and check whether the regeneration fan is normal
5. Burned fuse
A blown fuse appears above the touch screen
Check the control circuit for short circuit, replace the fuse
6. Phase error
Phase error appears on the top of the touch screen
Change the power phase
7. The temperature of regenerative electric heating is too low
For ten minutes, the electric heating temperature cannot rise above 180℃
Check the load of the power supply and check whether the current is normal. If it is abnormal, it means that the electric heater is burned out and needs to be replaced
8. The dew point is not low enough
Bad drying
Check whether the dehumidifier circuit and cooling water temperature, regeneration temperature and regeneration temperature, gear reducer and filter are unblocked
9. The suction is not smooth
No suction or no suction
Check whether the air pressure source is open, check whether the suction machine filter is blocked, check whether the suction machine setting is improper, and whether the air cut/cut valve is leaking
10. The dryer temperature cannot be increased
Temperature is too low or no temperature
Check whether the temperature controller of the dryer is set normally, check whether the dryer electromechanical heat pipe is normal, and check whether the dryer electromechanical heat contactor is normal
11. Overload of suction fan
Suction fan overload appears on the touch screen
Check whether the adjustment position of the hopper temperature protector is at 2508451;
12. Dry fan overload
Dry fan overload appears on the touch screen
Check whether the circulating filter is blocked or the circulating air pipeline is blocked, whether the relay/fan is damaged
13. The regeneration temperature is too low
The regeneration temperature is too low on the touch screen
Check whether the regeneration temperature is adjusted to 180℃, whether the electric contactor is normal, and whether the electric heater is burned out
