Check the fault:
Check the evaporator, the condensed water on the surface is uniform and it is proved that there is no blockage;
Inspecting the condenser, there is no large temperature difference between the tubes, which proves that the condenser is not clogged;
The compressor will automatically stop after working for a period of time, while the fan operation and control system are normal;
Check the compressor's overheating protection, there is no action; it is estimated that the compressor is faulty, and the protector in the compressor has acted, causing the compressor to automatically stop. The inspection found that the winding resistance when the compressor was just stopped was different from the resistance value when the compressor was cold.
Repair method: replace with a new compressor, the dehumidification function returns to normal. Because of the unstable winding resistance of the original compressor, the temperature of the winding rises quickly when the power is turned on, which causes the protector in the compressor to act, causing the compressor to stop automatically and cannot perform normal dehumidification. As the internal resistance increases, the power consumption also increases.
Trouble phenomenon: the dehumidifier has been out of service for a long time, and the compressor cannot be started when it is used again
Check the fault: Check that the power supply voltage is normal, and you hear a "buzzing" current sound, the current is large, but it cannot be started, it is judged that the compressor is holding the shaft.
Repair method: try to start by tapping method. Use a wooden hammer (or fill the wooden block under the iron hammer) to strike at the top center first, along the rear edge, and hit the middle and lower parts from top to bottom. After being struck hard for many times, the motor rotates and the working current is also normal.
Trouble phenomenon: When the dehumidifier is working, it is found that the vibration is very large during operation, the dehumidification effect is deteriorated, and it can not even dehumidify.
