Dehumidifying dryer is currently widely used drying equipment, with high efficiency, good drying effect and other characteristics, has gradually replaced the traditional hot air blower, playing an important role. Gaosi Automation technicians also shared with you what are the reasons for the effect of the dehumidification dryer. Today, I will introduce the drying method of the dehumidification dryer. 1. Heating and drying method Heating and drying is the use of heat energy to heat the material and evaporate the water in the material. Air is usually used to dry the materials. The air is heated in advance and sent to the dryer to transfer heat to the materials. At high temperatures, the moisture in the materials is vaporized to form water vapor, which is carried out of the drying barrel with the air. After the material is heated and dried, the moisture can be removed to reach the required moisture content of the product or raw material. 2. Chemical dehumidification
Chemical dehumidification is to remove a small amount of moisture in gas, liquid, and solid materials through hygroscopic agents. Due to the limited dehumidification capacity of hygroscopic agents, they are only used to remove trace moisture in materials, so they are rarely used in production. 3. Mechanical dehydration method Mechanical dewatering is to squeeze out part of the water by pressing the material. Commonly used methods include pressing, sedimentation, filtration, and centrifugal separation. The mechanical dehydration method usually can only remove part of the free water in the material, and the combined water still remains in the material. Therefore, the material will still contain water after the material is mechanically dehydrated, and the drying effect is not obvious. However, mechanical dehydration is relatively the most economical method. What are the drying methods of the desiccant dryer, I will introduce it here today. Because in the actual production process, the moisture content of each material and the drying effect to be achieved are different, users can choose the most suitable drying method according to the situation, and use the most effective and economical way to dehumidify and dry the material.
