At present, with the widespread use of engineering plastics, dehumidifying dryers have gradually replaced traditional hot air dryers and are widely used in industrial production. The use of dehumidifying dryers can be divided into stand-alone and centralized. Stand-alone dehumidifying dryers usually include a dryer host, a desiccant dryer drying barrel, and a suction machine. The use of a single machine is suitable for a small amount of various drying, and its advantages are good drying efficiency and convenient and fast material change.
The reasons why materials cannot be dried normally are as follows: 1. The waste heat flue gas whose temperature is less than 350℃ can not be used as the heat source to dry materials. 2. It is impossible to solve the phenomenon that the particle size of the material becomes larger during the drying process, which greatly affects the material effect. 3. There are widespread problems such as large heat loss, low thermal efficiency, high coal consumption, difficult control of the discharge moisture, and low relative output. 4. The dehumidifying dryer does not use an automatic microcomputer detection and control system, and cannot accurately detect and control materials, wind, coal, etc. on-line in time, resulting in the failure of the drying system. 5. It cannot be adapted to the drying of materials containing crystal water, and cannot be adapted to the drying of materials with high moisture content.
