1. On and off operation
Set all the current disconnect switches in the control box to the "ON" position, press the RUN/STOP [RUN/STOP] button on the control panel, the indicator light will light up to start operation, press the RUN/STOP [RUN/STOP] button again during operation, The indicator light flashes slowly, cooling operation, and shutdown after 5 minutes of operation.
2. Setting of drying temperature
Press the mode switch [MOKE CHANGE] key twice, the drying temperature setting display shows the ℃ unit symbol, press "△" to set the drying temperature.
Three, one-time conveying operation
Press the transport 1 to run/stop [LOADRI RUN/STOP] key. The material is sent from the storage bin to the drying barrel. At this time, the indicator light flashes quickly. When you press the transport 1 again to run/stop [LOADRI RUN/STOP] Key, the indicator light flashes slowly until it stops, when the indicator light does not flash, it means that the bucket is full.
Fourth, the operation of the secondary conveying material
Press the transport 2 run/stop [LOADRI RUN/STOP] button, and the material will be sent from the drying bucket to the machine storage hopper. At this time, the indicator light flashes quickly, when you press the transport 2 run/stop [LOADRI RUN/STOP] again When the button is pressed, the indicator light flashes slowly until it stops. When the indicator light does not flash, it means that the bucket is full.
Five, three conveying operations
The operation mode is the same as that of the secondary feeding, but the key is the transport 3 run/stop [LOADRI step RUN/STOP] key.
Six, the delivery step specification
When the desiccant dryer is automatically operated to transport materials from the storage box to the drying cylinder and from the drying cylinder to the hopper of the forming machine, you must first open the conveyor 1, keep the material in the drying cylinder full, and then press the conveyor 2 (convey 3) to start drying The cylinder is fed to the hopper of the molding machine. When the material in the hopper is full, the sensor indicator light on the hopper will be on, and the indicator light of conveying 2 (conveying 3) will be on. If the indicator light on the hopper of the molding machine is off, conveying 2 (conveying 3) will automatically Feed material from the drying cylinder to the hopper of the forming machine until the indicator light is on.
Seven, alarm prompt
When the desiccant dryer is abnormal, the alarm will sound and the abnormal code will be displayed in the monitor [MONITOR]. Press the power button to confirm the alarm and the alarm will stop. When the abnormality is eliminated, press the reset button [RESET] to eliminate the alarm code.
